Shipping & Refund Policy

  1. Free Refund within sixty (60) days – applies only to full refund within sixty (60) days of first-time purchase of product(s). No return needed for products. For orders outside of the 60-day period, a store credit may be given in place (will provide a gift card/discount code) of a refund if approved. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. E-mail or phone confirmation from Maverick will confirm refund, to be processed within fifteen (15) business days. We simply request that you try out our products for at least two weeks to assess its benefits.
  2. Subscription – As long as you haven’t received a shipping notification yet, please feel free to call us or e-mail us to cancel the new order and subscription. We will then process the information and ensure a refund for the order. In cases where a shipping notification has been sent to you, or the order has been sent out already, please contact us to see how we can assist you. We are dedicated to finding the best possible solution for all our customers.
  3. Free Shipping is offered on all orders of $99.00 and above, through the Canadian Postal Service. Free shipping is only available to orders within the country of Canada. Alternative expedited options are to be at additional cost. Please note, delivery times are only estimates, and may be subject to change due to Postal Service and/or courier delays. Please plan ahead if you would like to ensure delivery by a specified date.
