Proliv is intended to be consumed anywhere between 30 minutes to the moment you have your first drink. You want the ingredients to be working for you before alcohol starts breaking down inside your body.
We recommend taking 2 capsules, which is equivalent to 1 dose. Depending on the nature of the activity or size of the consumer, you may find varying results consuming a half dose or more as necessary.
Yes, Proliv is designed to assist with acetaldehyde removal and symptom relief, and will still bring benefit throughout the night.
Although no cases have been reported from the usage of Proliv, as with any nutritional supplement, there are some precautions or considerations to be mindful of if you have pre-existing health conditions or are actively taking medication. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have gallstones, bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers, or excessive stomach acid, or are having surgery. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking anticoagulants, anti-inflammatory agents, antibiotics, or any other natural health products and/or medications as black pepper may affect their effectiveness. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you develop abdominal pain, nausea, fever, or vomiting.

Proliv is intended to be a preventative measure or preemptive activity. It’s designed to kickstart your body’s natural process of acetaldehyde removal (a toxin that our body recognizes when we drink alcohol). Although having additional vitamins wouldn’t hurt, it won’t be as effective as standard hangover aftercare, such as taking pain relievers (i.e. ibuprofen) for headaches, hydrating, eating healthy and getting some good sleep.
When it comes to drinking, there are a lot of variables at play. The amount of water you drink or food you eat can also impact your hangovers the next morning. And of course, the amount of alcohol you consume is a big factor and unfortunately, there is no cure or product out in the market that will remedy a night out with 15 or more drinks.
Proliv is intended to be a supportive measure, which can help you manage, reduce or minimize your symptoms by a certain percentage. It’s designed to help with the morning after a night out. However, it’s not intended to promote or encourage overindulgence with drinking. Please exercise caution and drink in moderation. The only 100% hangover prevention strategy is abstaining from alcohol.
If your urine is bright yellow after taking Proliv, do not worry! Bright yellow urine is a sign of excess B-vitamins in the body and that your body is just flushing it out. This is led by Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), which is also found in most multivitamins.

All of our orders are shipped through Canada Post. Lettermail shipping only applies to sample orders or single dose orders and does not come with a tracking number. Registered mail orders come with a tracking number.
If you noticed that your address is incorrect or that you forgot to put in a detail, please reach out to us at info@getproliv.com with the correct address and we’ll try to take care of it before we ship it out.If we weren’t able to update it before it was shipped out, we’ll need to have the product returned to us before we can ship out a replacement or refund.
While we’d love to have a liver supplement that works for everyone, we understand that Proliv might not be the one for you. A variety of factors, such as genetics, pre-existing medical conditions or the nature of your drinking habits can impact the performance of our product. If this is the case, please email info@getproliv.com with your reason and we’re offering a refund on up to 4 single doses or 1 5-dose (Share Pack) of Proliv within 60 days of purchase. This applies to new customers only.
